The Angels baseball team in Anaheim, California has inked a new deal with Fox Sports that will be worth about three billion dollars over the next two decades, which sports news suggests will effectively triple the current amount of income the baseball club currently gets from television broadcasting. In addition, the Angeles recently signed two free agents to their roster including Albert Pujols for $254 million for a ten year contract and C.J. Wilson for $77.5 million for a five year contract. The club certainly seems to be able to handle the price tag of those two players given the television sale.
